Despite a relatively recent Vermont History book review which says two new books of letters from Vermont soldiers "join a substantial bibliography on the Vermont experience in the civil War," (72: Winter/Spring 2004) it is this project's position that there are not enough!

So, we are going to try to bring some exposure to those that are available.
