Pittsford - Joel Dupan [as spelled in obit; Dupaw/Dupau], who had been in failing health for some time died at his home in Pittsford Mills Monday evening, August 16. He was born in Burlington, October 27, 1843 and had lived in this town many years. He was a veteran of the Civil war, having been a member of Co. I., 5th Vermont Volunteers.
Besides his wife he is survived by one son, Robert Dupan, of this place. The funeral will be held at St. Alphonsus' church at 9:30 o'clock Thursday morning.Courtesy of Jennifer Snoots.
