West Rutland - W.W. Felt died suddenly Monday soon after noon, while walking from his home down Ross street, death being due to heart failure. He had no near relatives here, but has a son living at Athens, Pa. The funeral arrangements will not be made until the arrival of his son. Mr. Felt was a veteran of the Civil war, being a member of the 12th Vermont regiment.
