Biography

He removed to New Hampshire upon his discharge on February 10, 1863. He had a daughter, Nellie Etta Flanders born May 10, 1865 in Grafton, NH. Thereafter, he migrated to Hatley, PQ, and married Sarah Jane Rooney on 12/29/1869. They had two sons, Francis Robert and Ernest J. Flanders. He resided in Waterville, Quebec, Canada until three years before his death, then removed to Grafton, New Hampshire.
