ESSEX CENTER
Orange Flood, a Veteran of the Third Vermont, Dead.
The death of Orange Flood occurred Sunday at 2:00 p.m., after a long illness. He was born in Bakersfield 65 years ago. When the Civil War broke out he enlisted in the third regiment, Co. H. He will be buried today.

ESSEX CENTRE
Essex Centre, Oct. 11. – The funeral of Orange Flood was held this afternoon, with burial in Mount View cemetery. Mr. Flood died Sunday after a long illness. He was born in Bakersfield 65 years ago. He was a veteran of the 3rd Vt. Regiment.
