George W. Grow, a veteran of the Civil war, died at the home of his daughter in Holland recently of bronchial pneumonia. He had been a member of Baxter post, G.A.R., for 31 years. At the time of his death 14 persons were ill in the homes of his two sons-in-law, and during his funeral his daughter, Mrs. Ernest Judd, passed away.
