Abel Hinds Jr.- Killed in Action June 21, 1864: Killed near Petersburg Va. June 21, 1864, while carrying coffee to his comrades, Abel Hinds Jr. of Battery M. 11th Reg, formerly of Eden, aged 31 yrs, 7 months.
Funeral services will be attended at Eden Mills July 17.
