South Londonderry Fittingly Observed Memorial Day

Twelve veterans of the Civil War marched in the parade, and were present in the hall. Of these nine were members of the Hooker Post. They are in order of age Ira Wait, William Shattuck, Stephen Houghton, Ormando Williams, James Hoye, Royal Bostwick, Henry Chase, Webster Rawson, Homer Dudley.
