AT LEE'S MILLS--Charles F. Bailey received a severe wound, and died the 31st of May. He was naturally of military turn of mind, and his conduct in the hour of danger showed him to be a brave and efficient officer. As he fell, one of his men offered assistance, but he declined, saying; “never mind, forward!”
