Enlisted from Williston, Vt., September 10, 1862, at the age of 22 years, as a private in Company P, 13th Vt. Vol. Int. Mustered into the service October 10, 1862. Mustered out July 21, 1863, and again enlisted September 3, 1864, as a private in Company A, 1st Vt. Cav. Mustered out June 21, 1865. Died at Underhill Center, Vt, date unknown.

Thomas P. Kelley dropped dead in his wagon last Friday afternoon near S.A. Hale's. Mr. Kelley was a veteran of the late war, and for several years had been totally blind. The funeral was held Monday morning, from St. Thomas' church.
