Jacob Mitchell died yesterday morning at four o'clock of tuberculosis at his home on Ferguson street. He was 59 years of age and a veteran of the Civil War. He is survived by five children, all of whom reside in t his city. The funeral will be held from St. Joseph's Church tomorrow morning.
