Ira H. Gilbert, for many years one of the best-known farmers of Orange County, died at East Corinth, May 10. Mr. Gilbert was born at Irasburgh, August 31, 1833, but has lived at East Corinth for many years. He married Miss Mandan Rowe in 1854, and she survives him with Mrs. Frank Hues, her only child. He also has three sisters and one brother living.
