William Morey, a private in Co. B., 3rd regiment Vermont Volunteers, died on the 4th inst., on the boat between New York and Hartford, Connecticut. Information on the fact was communicated by Elisha T. Switt, of Hartford, and the Governor directed that his remains be respectably interred, and the grave suitably marked.
