WATERBURY -- The funeral for Thomas Morway who died Friday in Burlington was held from the Methodist-Episcopal Church in this place Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Two sons, Michael, of Palmer, Mass., and Jesse, of Boston were here Saturday, and with Edward at the Center, made arrangements for the funeral and burial.

Mr. Morway came to Waterbury at the close of the Civil War, and has always made his home here until a few years ago. He was a familiar figure on the streets, and always had a genial word for everyone.
