Charles B. Goodrich, who died recently at his home in Benson, was born seventy-two years ago on the farm where he died and was a veteran of the Civil War, having served in the Vermont cavalry. He had held all the town offices and was selectman eighteen years. His wife, who is seriously ill, four sons and one daughter survive.
