Obituary

The remains of Thomas Patnode were brought here from Brandon Monday afternoon on the mail train, and taken to the West cemetery for burial in the family lot. He was a former resident of this town, and was a veteran of the Civil War. His wife was Laura Daniels, daughter of the late Alexander Daniels. Mr. Patnode is survived by his wife, one daughter, and two sons. He was 68 years of age, and was prominent in G. A, R. circles.
