Hyde Park --- Delos Peake, age 71, a veteran, a member of Co. L. 11th Vt., died in Centerville Oct. 19. He was buried Tuesday, the Rev. O. M. Boutwell officiating.

The undersigned having been appointed by the honorable Probate Court for the District of Lamoille, Commissioners, to receive, examine, and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against the said estate of Delos M. Peake, late of Hyde Park in said district, deceased, and all claims exhibited in offset thereto. hereby give notice that we will meet for the purpose aforesaid at the residence of Aletta M. Peake, in the town of Hyde Park, in said district, on the 21st day of December, and 26th day of May next, from one o'clock p. m. until 4 p. m. each of said days, and that six months from the 25th day of November, A. D. 1912 is the time limit by said court for said creditors to present their claims for examination and allowance.
