Obituary
Mr. Jerome Powers suddenly dropped dead from heart disease while at work in the hay field Monday afternoon. The funeral services were held at the Baptist church Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. Mr. Powers was a veteran of the late war and a member of the G.A.R.
