HARRISON W. RAYMORE was from the town of Cambridge. Re-enlisted January 18th, 1864 in Company B, 17th Vermont Regiment. Mustered out July 14th, 1865. Died at Cambridge January 8th, 1892.

Harrison Raymore of Jeffersonville, whose death has been noticed in the papers, was born in Eden in 1845 and at the early age of 17 enlisted in the army, serving nine months, after which he re-enlisted, nor did he again lay down his arms until he laid them down in victory. He was married to Augusta Carpenter in 1875, who with two sons and a baby daughter surive him. He was a brave soldier, a patriotic citizen, a kind hearted neightbor and a warm friend.
