A letter informs us that Private John C. Sherman of the 3d Vermont (Battery), said to be of this place, is in Hospital at Beverly, New Jersey, having come up from City Point. -- The writer supposes that his friends are ignorant of his whereabouts or condition, and recommend that some of them go to him at once.
