News & Citizen: FEB. 16, 1910
Eli Hinds, a long time, and much respected resident of this town, died Sat. feb. 12th. The funeral was held Tuesday at the Corners Church, Rev. W. A. Warner officiating. The deceased was 78 years old, and served his country in the Civil war.
He leaves a wife, three sons, and a daughter in this town.
