Obituary

Bolton's Last Civil War Veteran Dies.

West Bolton, Dec. 25. - Albert N. Tomlinson, 94, the last surviving Civil War veteran in Bolton, died at his home Sunday afternoon following a brief illness.

He was born in Richmond, April 27, 1839, the son of Delithatlet and Mary (Speaker) Tomlinson. He served three years in Company K,, fifth Vermont Regiment during the Civil War. His wife, whose maiden name was Roselitha Wade, died in October, 1929.

He leaves two sons, Angus f Lincoln and Edward of West Bolton, one daughter, Mrs. Bertha Lamb of Oxford, Mass., and several grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at the late home Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock with burial in the village cemetery.
