Obituary

Was a Veteran of the Civil War. B.T. Woods, aged 87 years and seven months, a Civil War veteran, died at his home in Lowell Monday of nervous prostration, caused by old age. Mr. Woods is survived by one son, Hosea Woods, of Oakland, Cal., and one sister, Mrs. George Wright, of Burlington. Mr. Woods had lately received an increase of pension through a special act of Congress.
