Death of Moses Young
Native of Canada Who Served in Vermont Regiment
Moses Young, an inmate of the Vermont Soldiers' home, 79 years of age, died at that institution this morning.
Mr. Young was born in Canada in 1832 and entered the home September 20, 1901. He was a member of Co. C, 11th Vermont regiment. He had been blind for several years.
The funeral will be held from the Church of the Sacred Heart at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning, Rev. C. E. Prevost, pastor officiating. It is believed that Mr. Young is survived by a brother, Alfred Young, residing at St. Johns, Canada.
Burial will be in the Soldiers' Home cemetery.
