Obituary

NORTH FERRISBURG.

The funeral of Fred Devoid, who died Monday morning from the effects of a second shock, was held at his home Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock. The Rev. A. D. Parker officiated. Mr. Devoid was born in Granby, Can., and was 72 years old. He was a Civil war veteran, having enlisted in the 15th Massachusetts regiment, and served three years. He is survived by a wife and three sons, Frank, Richard and Oliver of this place.
