Mon. April 25, 1904

John Thompson, an inmate of the Soldiers' home died in the hospital Saturday night, the result of a paralytic shock that he had last Wednesday. He was 57 years of age, served during the rebellion in the 54th Massachusetts volunteers, and was admitted to the home from Bellows Falls. The funeral will be observed this afternoon, the burial being in the home cemetery.
