Obituary

The death is announced at Des Moines, Ia. of Capt. Charles V. H. Sabin, propritor of the Sabin House of that city. Capt. Sabin was quartermaster of the First Vermont Cavalry, and was afterward promoted to A.Q.M. He was the best of men, and universally popularm.
