Death of Albert M. Bedell Leaves Only Three G. A. R. Post Members

Albert M. Bedell, who has been in failing health for several months, passed away at his home here Monday night about 6:30. He was 81 years old last February. The funeral was held at his late home Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Mr. Bedell was in the Civil War and a member of Ransom post, G. A. R. There are now only three members left, E. R. Corliss, A. H. Batchelder, and Henry Leeke. For some years Mr. Bedell lived on Currier hill before moving to the house in the village where he died.
