Obituary

FAMOUS JURIST DYING:

Duluth, Minn., Feb. 11---Judge Daniel A. Dickinson, among the prominent attorneys in the state, is dying at his home in this city, of kidney trouble. Judge Dickinson has resided in this state thirty-four year, and was once a member of the law firm of Billson-Congden and Dickinson. He has been in ill heath several months.
