JUDGE BROWN DEAD
(SPECIAL TO THE GLOBE)

WILLMAR, JAN. 20---John H. Brown, Judge of the Twelfth Minnesota District, died at his home here at 3 o'clock this morning, after an illness of but a few days. Judge Brown was elected judge March 13, 1875, and has sat continuously ever since, His last term began Jan. 1, 1889.
