Seth P. Hazen died at the asylum at Yankton Tuesday morning. F. B. Roberts, of this city, was Mr. Hazen's guardian, but was unable to locate the relatives of the deceased, and ordered him buried at Yankton. Mr. Hazen was an old soldier, and was sent to Yankton from this county ten or twelve years ago.
