Nancy A. Vickery, widow of Edmund E. Vickery, Company A., Eighth Iowa Infantry, at the rate of $ 8.00 a month commencing on the 15th of January, 1900. Mrs. Vickey is an inmate of the Soldiers Home dormitory. Her husband died in the Home.
