WILLIAMS - At Port Hudson, Miss., Aug. 1, 1863, after some weeks illness, from debility and exhaustion, Charles B. Williams, only remaining child of Rev. Stephen Williams, of Orwell, Vt., aged 21 years. He was a member of Company G, 5th U.S. Artillery.
