Thurs. Feb 26, 1920

The body of Stephen Billings, a veteran of the civil war who has been an inmate of the Vermont Soldiers' home here, arrived Wednesday from Brattleboro where he passed away February 23. For the present the body will be placed in the vault at Old Bennington. The interment will take place at the Soldiers' home cemetery in the spring.
