Adjutant General Washburn, Woodstock, Vt.

General, -- I forwarded last evening to his Excellency, Governor Holbrook, two Hospital Reports of Vermont Soldiers received in Hospitals in and near New York City, from the opening of the Rooms of this Association to August 1, 1863, including the wounded from Gettysburg and elsewhere; also the number of Vermont soldiers who have been received into the Rooms of this Association, from its opening to July 1st, 1863, and there lodged, aided, and provided for.

The following is a correct recapitulation of the reports rendered:
