Frank J. Boyd, 60, who was thrown from a load of lumber Wednesday night, died Friday night. It was found that his back had been broken in the fall. Mr Boyd was born in Wilmington, Vt., and spent the most of his life in that state. He served in the war in Co H, 8th Vermont regiment, and moved to Orange from Whitingham, Vt., five years ago. He had since been engaged in teaming. Beside a widow and a daughter in Orange he leaves a son and a daughter by a former marriage, who live in Boston. The funeral will be held at the Universalist church this afternoon, Rev J. S. Cutler officiating. Gen.Sedgwick Grand Army post will attend in a body and have charge of the burial, which will be in Central cemetery.
