Dennis Burgoir

Dennis Burgoir, a veteran of the Civil War, died yesterday at six o'clock at the home of his son, Frank Burgoir, at Colchester, aged 84 years. Mr. Burgoir suffered a shock several weeks ago. He is survived by two sons, Frank of Colchester, and Oraim of Mallett's Bay, three daughters, Mrs. Amelia Cole of Burlington, Mrs. Jennie Dickson of Mallett's Bay and Mrs. Lottie Bessette of Concord, N. H.

He was a private in Co. I, 5th Regiment, Vermont Infantry Volunteers.

The funeral will be held Thursday morning at nine o'clock at Mallett's Bay Chapel with interment in Mallett's Bay cemetery.
