Lowell Delong, a veteran of the Civil War, died last Friday at the home of W S, York at the advanced age of 89. The funeral was held at the house Sunday, Rev. J. T. Hill officiating. The bearers were Loren Dwire, Cullen Shattuck, Charles LaFayette and George Delong. Interment was in the cemetery at Bristol. Mr. Delong is survived by two brothers, Richard of Bristol and George of Warren.
