Robert Elliott
Rutland Daily Herald, April 30, 1926:
Robert Elliott, 85, died yesterday afternoon at 3:45 o'clock at the home of Mrs. William H. Elliott, his daughter-in-law, 195 Adams street. He was a veteran of the Civil war, having belonged to Company G, 12th Vermont Volunteer infantry. He leaves no near relatives except Mrs. Elliott, his wife, Ellen E. Elliott, 81, having died last Friday.
The funeral will be held at the house tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. The burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
