E. W. Gage, aged 81 years, died Sunday evening at the home of E. F. Burritt. He was a Civil War veteran. He is survived by three children, L. M. Gage of Natick, Mass., Mrs. Jennie Steadman of Montpelier and Mrs. Fred Crandall of Boston. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock at the home of E. F. Burritt on Taylor avenue. The burial was in Greenwood cemetery.
