Obituary

Barre, Vt.,-(AP) Jarvis C. Harris, 89, who served through-out the Civil war in Company G, Sixth Vermont regiment, and whose father served in the war of 1812, his grandfather in the war for independence, and his grandson, Merrill W. Harris of Montpelier, in the World War, died here today.
