Jacob K. D. Johnson

Funeral services for the late Jacob K. D. Johnson were held, Wednesday morning of last week, Rev. C. F. Partridge officiating, with burial at Bridgewater Center. The deceased was a member of Co. A, 3rd Vt. Vols. in the civil war, and had lived in Bridgewater nearly all his life. He is survived by his daughter, Mrs. W. H. Brown, at whose home he died, and by two sons, Rodney L. of Claremont, N. H., and Ellsworth J. of Bridgewater. His death occurred after a protracted illness, in the 78th year of his age.
