Death of Well Known Hardwick Man.

Hardwick, Feb. 14. - John l. Kibbe, a long time resident of this place, died at the home of Nathan Morse Saturday morning at 4 o'clock from the effects of a stroke of paralysis. The funeral was held at the Congregational church this afternoon at 2 o'clock and the burial took place in the family lot in the village cemetery.

Mr. Kibbe was a veteran of the Civil war and would have been 83 years old in April. He is survived by one granddaughter, Mrs. Grant, of California, and one grandson, Arthur Kibbe of this town.

He was a veterinary surgeon and practiced until about two years ago when he gave up his work on account of ill health.
