Obituary

William Leonard, 51, of Brattleboro of the firm of Leonard & Roess, cigar manufacturers, died early Monday. He was taken ill with the grip about two weeks ago, though until within a few days it was thought he would recover. He was born at Feeding Hills, March 3, 1839. He possessed more than an ordinary education. He married Miss Flora Willard, daughter of the late Nelson Willard of Dummerston. He leaves a widow and two children, besides a sister and an aged mother.
