Obituary

JERICHO

Death at 72 of Sherman Pollard, Sr.

Jericho, Jan. 27. Sherman Pollard, Sr., who has been an invalid for nearly a year, passed away at his home here Tuesday evening. If he lived until next month he would have been 72 years old. He was a long time resident of this town, and a veteran of the Civil War. He is survived by his wife and six children: vis. , Mrs. J.C. Flint and Mrs. John Garland of Essex, Mrs. Wert Brigham, James and William of this town and Sherman of Underhill. The funeral was held Thursday afternoon at the house with interment in the village cemetery.
