Obituary

Preston Rand, who has has a long illness, having been in failing health for more than a year, died Thursday at 4:30 p.m. at Stockbridge, where he had been at the home of Mr. And Mrs. G. B. Fish for several months. The funeral was held at Union church at 1 p.m. Saturday and burial was in Stockbridge. Frank Rand and Scott Rand of this town, brothers of the deceased, attended the funeral Saturday.
