Henry Raymond, C.W. Veteran of Stowe
Dies Tuesday

Death Tuesday of this week removed Henry Raymond, 85, one of Stowe's two Civil War Veterans. He has been ill for the past two weeks. S.C. Spaulding is the remaining Veteran.

Funeral services will be held from his late home at 10:30 Thursday morning. The American Legion will have charge of the ceremonies at the grave, and Mystic Lodge, F. & A.M. will form an escort. The H.H. Smith W.R.C. Post No.74 will meet in a body at headquarters at 10 o'clock.

Friends are asked to omit flowers.
