Surry M. Ross

Surry M. Ross, b. Ludlow, Vermont, 25 July, 1840, son of Surry and Betsey (Gilson) Ross. He came home to Ludlow, very ill after his service in the war. He died of brain fever at the home of his parents, 6 Jan., 1864 (age 23 years, 5 months and 25 days). He is buried in the South Hill cemetery in Ludlow.
