Montpelier and Vicinity.

Stephen Stewart died last Sunday evening of consumption at his home on Berlin side. Mr. Stewart was a veteran of the late war and served in the Tenth Vermont Infantry. He was a member of Crandall Post G.A.R. of Barre, and moved from Barre to Montpelier about two years ago. His funeral was held on Tuesday afternoon, Rev. J. Edward Wright officiating.
