Mr. Joseph S. Weeks, a prominent citizen of St. Albans, who died at Omaha on Friday, left St. Albans about six weeks ago by the advice of his physicians, to visit his sons who live in Omaha. Mr. Weeks had been the town clerk and treasurer of St. Albans the past 10 or 12 years and was much respected.
